Ada Horner, 76, of Oil City, passed away at UPMC Northwest in Seneca on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
She was born in Oil City on July 18, 1945.
Surviving are two sons, Shawn Horner and Eric Horner both of Oil City.
There will be no visitation or services.
