Andrew T. "Andy" Moffitt

Andrew T. "Andy" Moffitt, age 64 of Franklin, passed away at UPMC Northwest on December 27, 2016.

Andrew was born on May 27, 1952 to the late Thomas Robert Moffitt and Eleanor Houston Moffitt, she survives.

Andy was a graduate of Franklin High School and was a retired manager for the Liquor Control Board.

Andy loved to hunt and spend time outdoors, especially at his deer stand. He also loved racing of all kinds, especially drag racing.

In addition to his mother, Andy is survived by a son, TJ Moffitt and his wife Nancy of Grove City, partner and longtime friend Billie Jo Coleman and her children, Shaun and Kasey, two step children Randy Facemire and his wife Danielle of Sandy Lake and Autumn Uber of Franklin, two grandchildren, Gage and Jaxson Moffitt and two step-grandchildren Troy and Travis Uber, a brother Fred Moffitt and his wife Colett of Pittsburgh, a sister Diane Pirschel and her husband Mike of Erie, and several nieces and nephews.

Andy was preceded in death by his father, Thomas R. Moffitt.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc.
