Beulah I. Kightlinger

Beulah I. Kightlinger, 89 of Franklin passed at way at 9:20 A.M. on Friday October 23, 2015 at UPMC Northwest following a brief illness.

Born October 2, 1926 in Tionesta, she was a daughter of the late Orie and Carrie Confer Hepler.
She was a graduate of Cranberry High school.

Over the years, Beulah worked for the Red Cross, JC Penny and retired as a teller from Northwest Savings Bank.

She loved spending with and following everything her grandchildren and great-grandchildren did.
She enjoyed traveling, reading, knitting and her beloved cat, Nautica.

Beulah was a member of the "lunch bunch" for many years and was also a faithful member of Christ United Methodist Church in Franklin.

On June 28, 1946, she married Darrell C. Kightlinger and he preceded her in death on November 15, 1985.

Surviving is a daughter, Kristine Sutley and her husband Ken; two grandchildren, Brandi Sutley and Joshua Sutley and his wife Sarah; five great-grandchildren, Taylor, Blake, Luke, Brayden and Parker Sutley; two sisters, Twila Hoffman and Ruth Chase; a brother, Jack Hepler and his wife Ester; and a sister-in-law, Florence Hepler.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters; Alberta Reagle, and Viola Russell; two brothers, Orrin Hepler and Clinton Hepler; four brothers-in-law, Elmer Reagle, Arthur Russell, Fred Chase and Bill Hoffman and a stillborn great-granddaughter, Hannah Sutley.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin where family and friends are welcome from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. Monday and 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. Tuesday.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Sam Wagner, Associate Pastor of Christ United Methodist Church, Officiating.

Interment will follow at Lupher Chapel Cemetery.
