Chelley L. Gracy, 50 of Rouseville, died unexpectedly on Monday December 15, 2014.

Born January 8, 1964 in Oil City, she was a daughter of Judy Swartzfager and the late Ronald J. Fleischer.

Chelley enjoyed crafting, camp fires, going to the casino and scratch off lottery tickets. She loved spending time with her family especially her fiancé, children and grandchildren.

In addition to her mother Judy, Chelley is survived by her fiancé, Terry W. Mong Jr. of Rouseville; six children, Rusty J. Wilt and his fiancé Lori of Franklin, Angel C. Carey and her husband Shane of Franklin, Zach L. Wilt and his fiancé Steph of Franklin, Jeffrey C. Gracy Jr. of Franklin, Toni R. Gracy and her fiancé Scott of Cooperstown, Cheodi L. Gracy of Franklin; a sister Ronda Stone and her husband David of Oil City.

Additionally surviving are six grandchildren; Gage Wilt, Tyler Carey, Blake Hedglin, Jakob Carey, Landen Wilt, Shelby Kilgore; three nephews, Joshua D. Stone, Justin L. Metz, Ronald J. Metz and a niece Ronda N. Stone.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Darrell Hoffman.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. 312 West Park St. Franklin with Dave Bell, Chelley's uncle, officiating.

Interment will be made at Franklin Cemetery.
