Esme M. Sutman

Esme N. Sutman formerly of 1162 Elk St. died at 1:05 A.M. Saturday April 9, 2011 at the Caring Place.



Born in England she was the daughter of the late Samuel H. and Amelia M. Pratt.



Mrs. Sutman was employed in the office of Strickland Construction Company for a number of years.



She was a member of St. John?s Episcopal Church.



On February 11, 1966 she was married to John W. Sutman who preceded her in death of October 3, 1995.



She is survived by a niece and several nephews all of England except Martyn J. Dance of Brunswick, GA.



Esme is also survived by her very special friends, Mr. & Mrs. Bill Chalot of Anderson, SC, Ann Hines and Lorraine Grandelis, both of Franklin.



In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by three sisters; Freda A. Lammin, Mary I. Dance and Zillah Reardon; and a brother Samuel Pratt.



There will be no visitation.



Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday in the Huff Chapel Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin with the Rev. Holly Davis, Rector of St. John?s Episcopal Church, officiating.



Interment will follow in Franklin Cemetery.
