H. Miriam Weaver

H. Miriam Weaver, 91 formerly of 289 Pioneer Road, Franklin died at 6:50 A.M. Sunday April 10, 2011 at the Caring Place in Franklin.



A daughter of Wallace C. and Eva Frederick Weaver she was born September 22, 1919 in Richland Twp., Venango County.



For many years Miss Weaver made her home with the Ferringer family on Bully Hill.



Miss Weaver was retired from the General manifold and Printing Company.



She was a member of the East Grove United Methodist Church. She volunteered for the American Red Cross for over ten years.



Surviving are two nephews Robert A. Clark and his wife Dorothy of Oil City and John Clark and his wife Nancy of Utica and a niece Lois Newton and her husband Charles of Utica.



She was preceded in death by a sister Faith Crissman, her parents and her step-mother Birdie Weaver.



A memorial service will be held in the East Grove United Methodist Church at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday with the Rev. Lea Guiney, officiating.



Interment will be made in the Zion Union Cemetery.
