John Crawford

John Crawford Sr., 57 of 365 Pacific St. Franklin died Wednesday May 2, 2012 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca.

Born March 10, 1955 in Franklin he was a son of the late Earl G. and Betty E. Delong Crawford Jr.

Mr. Crawford attended Franklin Area Schools.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.

He was a former member of the Corner Pocket Pool League.

John worked in the maintenance department at Shop N? Save in Franklin.

On December 27, 2009 he married Linda Crawford and she survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Robert M. Williamson, John A. Crawford Jr., and Billy J. Crawford all of Polk; three step daughters, Leah Warnick and her fiancé Shawn Brown of Franklin, Carina Warnick of Franklin and Amy Boland and her husband Judson of Polk; one stepson, Nicholas Adams and his wife Heather of Fairview, PA; two brothers, Earl ?Skip? G. Crawford III and his wife Sandy of Sandy Lake, and James A. Crawford and his wife Irene of Pinellas Park, FL; two sisters, Debra S. Green of Franklin and Cheryl A. Hoover and her husband Donald of Polk; 14 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant sister Francis J. Crawford and his former long time companion, Lydia Warnick.

Friends will be received from 11:00 A.M. ? 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Huff Chapel Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 P.M. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Jeffrey Little, Pastor of First United Methodist Church in Franklin, officiating.

Interment will be made in Old Sandy Cemetery.
