Marjorie Lee Bergin

Marjorie Lee "Marge" Bergin, 63 of Cooperstown, passed away at 1:10 pm on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Sugarcreek Station. Marge was born in Franklin on January 26, 1954 to the late Arthur Bergin and Eleanor Black Bergin McElhaney.

In her earlier years Marge worked as a Resident Aide at Warren General Hospital.

Marge was loved dearly by her siblings and extended family. She had a deep love for her cats and she enjoyed reading. She was a Christian by faith.

Marge is survived by her brothers Richard "Dick" Bergin of Canal Twp, Paul Bergin of Canal Twp, a sister Paula McElhaney of Cooperstown, and another brother Eddy Anderson and his wife Becky of Oil City, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step father, Paul McElhaney, brothers Tom and William Bergin, a nephew PJ Bergin, a sister-in-law Margaret Bergin, and an Aunt, whom she was very close with, Claribel Hitzeman.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 312 W. Park St. Franklin.

There will be no public visitation or services as per Marge's wishes.

Memorials may be made in her name to the Venango County Humane Society, 286 S. Main St. Seneca, PA 16346.
