Mary Miller Solares Crawshaw, 56 of Carlsbad, CA formerly of Franklin died on March 26, 2011 in California.

Born in Oil City on February 7, 1955 she was the daughter of late Jay French and Ruth Anderton Miller.

Mary attended St Patrick?s School in Franklin, Eden Hall in Philadelphia, and Graduated from Franklin High School. She attended Mount Vernon College in Washington D.C.

Mrs. Crawshaw was a homemaker, artist and ?Wonder Woman?

She enjoyed drawing and painting; gardening; weight training and yoga; skiing, bicycling and other outside activities.

Mary was a generous, sensitive, compassionate and deeply caring woman. She was fun-loving and enjoyed spending time with her family; always creating a festive environment for everyone to enjoy. She was spiritual, faithful to her convictions and extremely thoughtful. She was artistically talented, and had wonderful attention to detail. Mary possessed a sparkling personality; beautiful in body and spirit, she had the unique ability to light up any room and left many lasting impressions.

In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband: Bradley W. Crawshaw, Jr., Carlsbad, CA, her four children Renee M. Solares, San Diego, CA, Reinaldo J. Solares, Leucadia, CA, Christina H. Solares, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA and Melinda E. Solares, Los Angeles, CA; one sister Jean Miller Tennyson, Norfolk, MA and one Aunt, Jean Anderton Bridges, San Marcos, CA.

She was preceded in death by her father Jay French Miller, her maternal grandparents
Thomas A. Anderton, Oil City, PA, Elizabeth J. McClune, Oil City, PA and her Paternal Grandparents. J. French Miller, Franklin, PA, Ethel Nicklas Miller, Franklin, PA.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be held April 12, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in St. John the Evangelist Church, 1001 Encinitas Blvd. Encinitas, CA 92024.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Angeles Clinic Foundation, St John?s Health Center Foundation, American Diabetes Association, or LiveStrong.

Local arrangements entrusted to Huff Chapel Inc. 312 West Park St. Franklin.
