Ralph I. Hasson

Ralph I. Hasson, 91 of Franklin passed away at 5:40 P.M. on Tuesday July 10, 2012 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca.

Born July 4, 1921 in Franklin he was the son of the late Harry and Alma Louise Wood Hasson.

Ralph was a 1939 Graduate of Franklin High School.

He worked in the warehouse at CPT for 39 years. Ralph was very proud of the 8 � years he work at the Venango County Courthouse as Crier.

He was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Franklin and also a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.

Ralph was also a longtime member of the Kiwanis Club of Franklin and Myrtle Lodge 316 F. & A. M.

On October 3, 1958 he married the former Betty J. McIntire, who preceded him in death on October 24, 2009.

Surviving are three cousins Curtis Wood and his wife Norma of Franklin, Mary Wood Sherman of California, and Judy Gherke of Portland, Oregon and a brother in law John McIntire of Franklin.

Ralph was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Friends will be receieved from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. Thursday at Huff Chapel Inc. 312 West Park St. Franklin.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday in the funeral home with the Rev. Jeff Little, Pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating.

Interment will follow at Lupher Chapel Cemetery.
