Robert A. Clark

Robert A. Clark, 79, of Oil City, passed away unexpectedly on Monday January 7, 2019 at his residence.

Born in Franklin on December 13, 1939 he was the son of the late Richard P. and Faith Weaver Clark.

He worked for 33 years at the former Continental Can Company in Oil City as a Blow Mold Technician retiring in December of 2000.

Mr. Clark was an active member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Oil City where he has served as a trustee and an usher.

On February 3, 1962 he married the former Dorothy M. "Dottie" Rankin and she preceded him in death on February 5, 2014.

Surviving are two sons; Richard "Rick" Clark and his wife Vicki of Seneca and Timothy Clark and his friend Amy Kuhls of Bristow, VA; a sister Lois Newton and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Clark.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Interment will be made at Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff- Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 W. Park St. Franklin.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Calvary United Methodist Church 115 East First St. Oil City, PA 16301.
