Robert Bennett

Robert Bennet, age 77 of Harrisville, passed away at Butler Memorial Hospital on December 2, 2016. Bob was born on November 21, 1939 to the late James and Amelda Kiester Bennett. Bob had been truck driving since he was 17 years old and logged over six million miles between the 48 states and Canada. He loved driving truck especially with his beloved wife of 39 years, Dolores Besse Bennett, she survives.

Bob is survived by eight children, Robert Bang of Florida, William Bang of Jamestown, NY, Brenda Anderson of North Carolina, Jason Bang of Jamestown, NY, Linda Vallavares of Norfolk, VA, Pamela Baughman of Cranberry, Donald Bennett of Pittsburgh, and Robert Bennett of Endwell, NY. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, as well as two brothers, John Bennett of Harrisville and James Bennett of Grove City.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Jamison Funeral Home, Inc. 117 N. Main St, Harrisville, were family and friends are welcome from 4 to 7 pm, Monday, December 5.

Interment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery in Jamestown, NY
